Creating jobs is the keystone for the development of any region. As we bring employment, we will eradicate poverty, bring self reliance and boost the development of a community as a whole. Arpa Son Paryavaran Suraksha And Manav Vikas Samiti , brings employment for people of the community through various approaches. We believe that each one of us is capable of great things, there is only a gap in tapping the potential. With a little support, we help youngsters realize heir potential and become independent. We support self-help groups, micro and medium sized businesses and provide skill training to young and underprivileged. Under the rubric of our employment generation activities are: manufacturing of low cost and innovative articles, support to the farmers to dispense their produce at fair rates, expansion of local infrastructure and focus on natural resources conservation.

Working with local residents and indigenous ideas, we assure accessibility and acceptability of our ideas by the local population. Recently, we engaged 500 farmers in vending custard apple pulp to multinational companies. Usually, custard apple production is of no benefit to local people as they do not find the right price for their produce.

So far, we have created enduring livelihood for more than 1500 folks. The opportunities these youngsters have tapped have been made available to them at them not at the expense of migration or industrialization. Sustainable economic growth comes when one remains close to community and nature. We bring this sustainable economic growth in small yet significant ways by providing employment opportunities at one’s own community in environment friendly endeavors.
